Standard Hourly Rates
We bill at standard hourly rates that reflect the complexity of your matter and the experience of counsel involved. Following an initial consultation, we provide a clear engagement letter outlining our rate, billing practices, and estimated scope so there are no surprises.
Contingency & Hybrid Agreements
We understand that the cost of legal representation can be a barrier, and we believe access to justice shouldn't depend solely on the ability to pay upfront. Where appropriate, we offer contingency fee arrangements, in which our fee is contingent on a favorable outcome. We also offer the option of hybrid agreements that combine a reduced hourly rate with a contingency component.
Payment Plans & Financing
For clients who need flexibility, we are open to discussing structured payment plans and, in some cases, third-party legal financing options. Our goal is to find an arrangement that makes quality representation accessible while being sustainable for both parties. We encourage you to raise any concerns about cost during your consultation, we will do our best to work with you.
